It is going to have two different parts. Let's follow the steps in order to success with the task:
PART ONE
STEP ONE: Create a Google Drive Slideshow. Create the first slide
STEP TWO: In the second slide include a picture of your bedroom. (You can bring it at another moment)
STEP THREE: Try to review all the grammar aspects you will need for this task. Read and complete the activities of your Class book, page 139.
STEP FOUR: Let's describe your bedroom using ten sentences.
Five of them: There is / there are (page 25 of your book)
Five of them: I have got / I haven't got. (page 27 of your book)
PART TWO
On the shelves of your bedrooms we are pretty sure that you have your favourite book on it. With your mate you are going to create and interview to talk about it.
STEP 1: Try to review all the grammar aspects you will need for this task. Read and complete the activities of your Class book, page 140.
STEP 2:Create the questions for the interview. You will create together because you are going to use the same in both interview (page 31 of your book). The information you will ask about is:
Title.
Author.
Number of characters.
Why do you like it?
Number of pages.
A couple of questions about the cover.
A brief summary.
STEP 3: Prepare the script into your notebook. That means you have to write down the questions and the answers. Let's the teacher check it.

STEP 4: Record the two videos. In each one, a student will be the cameraman and the interviewer at the same time and the other student will answer. In the second video you have to swap your roles.
STEP 5: Upload into your youtube channel the video in which you are answering questions.

As a final part, you need to prepare a post into your digital portfolio to spread it.
Your portfolio should have the following parts:

This year we are going to run an e-Twinning project. Do you know what e-Twinning is? Maybe you can discover with this video. Please try to represent into your Thinking Diary with a picture.
Our e-Twinning project will join our school with a school in England, in a town called Guildford. The school is Holy Trinity Pewley Down School.
Our project is focused on reading. The title is "Reading Together" and we are going to read, investigate, create and enjoy the world of stories. In the website created for the project you will have all the information about it and all the final products we are going to do.
So you now you know all the basic information about the project so it will be time to start working on it. To start would be great to intodruce ourselves to them, and then we will know who we are going to work with.
We will divide this task in to parts:
PART 1
STEP 1: Have a look to the two examples your teachers have done for you in the following presentation.
STEP 2: Your teacher will share the presentation with you and you will complete the first slide which is with your name.
STEP 3: You have to record the podcast using a new tool VOCAROO. You will click on record, accept the computer to use your microphone, speak, and click stop. DON'T CLOSE THE WEBSITE WITHOUT COPYING THE LINK.

Un año más el barco de nuestro proyecto e-Twinning hace escala en el Colegio San Gregorio en Aguilar de Campoo. Este año bajo el nombre: "A touristic guide about my town"A lo largo de esta semana hemos tenido con nosotros a 12 alumnos y 3 profesores del Holy Trinity School (Guildford, England). Durante la semana han compartido tiempo en los diferentes cursos del colegio, con las familias, en diferentes lugares de nuestra villa y de la provincia. También han realizado un proyecto junto con los alumnos de 5º de Primaria del colegio acerca de Castilla y León. Ha sido una semana llena de emociones, grandes momentos, encuentros compartidos, `pero sobre todo a sido una gran aventura de aprendizaje para todos.
A year again the boat of our e-Twinning has stopped in our school, Colegio San Gregorio in Aguilar de Campoo. This year the project is "A touristic guide about my town". Along this last week (18th-22nd May 2015) we had with us 12 students and 3 teachers form Holy Trinity School (Guildford, England). Durante la semana they shared their time with the different levels of the school, with the families, in different places of our town and our province. They also made a project with the Year 5 students of the school about Castilla y León. It was a weel full of emotions and feelings, great moments, above everything it was a big learning adventure for everybody.

Thank you so much for this great experience. It gives the opportunity for our children to see each other, develop a friendship and work together face to face. It allows them to experience another culture, try new food, meet new friends and go to school in another country - it is a unique experience and one the students will remember forever.
It would not be possible without the support of Colegio San Gregorio or without the hospitality of the families and teachers here. We look forward to having students from San Gregorio visit us again soon and we will come back next year so a new group of students can learn from this fantastic opportunity.

Muchas gracias por esta gran experiencia. Ha dado la oportunidad a nuestros alumnos la oportunidad de ver a sus compañeros de nuevo, desarrollar su amistad y trabajar juntos cara a cara. Todo ello permite experimentar en otra cultura, probar nueva comida, conocer nuevos amigos e ir al colegio en otro país. Es una experiencia única que nuestros alumnos recordarán siempre.
Todo esto no sería posible sin el apoyo del Colegio San Gregorio y sin la hospiltalidad de las familias y los profesores. This week we have our friends from Holy Trinity School with us, taking part in this learning adventure of an exchange. It is part of our e-Twinning proyect:
El proyecto lleva por título: "A touristic guide of our town". En los siguientes links podéis ver el trabajo que se está llevando a cabo.
Los alumnos del Colegio San Gregorio tendrán la suerte de disfrutar de un intercambio con el colegio británico entre los día 2 y 6 de marzo. Ayer comenzamos a preparar ese momento con los once alumnos que viajarán.
Este año hemos decidido realizar un portafolio de aprendizaje sobre el viaje. Los objetivos del mismo son:
Implicar al alumno en la preparación del viaje.
Hacer del intercambio sea un momento de aprendizaje y reflexión.
Desarrollar la autonomía del alumno.
El documento que hemos elaborado es el siguiente. Hemos comenzado a trabajar con él aquí en el aula y continuaremos trabajando con él a lo largo del viaje y la vuelta del mismo. Además hemos pedido a los chicos que lleven ese documento en un plástico que les permita ir añadiendo evidencias a lo largo del viaje (mapas, panfletos, trabajos realizados en el colegio....) Esperamos que NUESTRO PORTAFOLIO DEL INTERCAMBIO, haga que reflexionemos más acerca de las mil y una experiencias que viviremos esos días.

Celebrating Together: El primero trabajamos los días internacionales, decidimos trabajar uno por mes. En nuestro colegio trabajamos con los alumnos de 5º de EP junto con otros dos centros europeos.

2. Sharing Ideas, writing together:En este segundo proyecto trabajamos la escritura de cuentos. En nuestro colegio trabajamos con los alumnos de 6º de EP junto con otros centro europeo.

Durante los cursos 2011-2012 y 2012-2013 en colegio trabajamos en un Proyecto Comenius bajo el nombre: "Travel broadens the mind. Let's travel together".

It is time to do the second activity for our e-Twinning project: "A touristic guide about my town". The first actity was about the history of our towns. Here you can follow the links and you can see the final products of this activity from the different schools:
Once we have investigated about the history it's time to study how this history had been expressed in our towns through the art and the different monuments.
The activity will be very easy we will create Google Drive Presentations among all the students of each class, each pair should complete one slide of the presentation following the given pattern.
The teacher will invite you to the presentation and each pair will work in the slide showing these points:
Name of the monument.
Year it was built.
A bit of history: (Three sentences about it)
Photo of the monuments.
